Clover was created in 2013 by three friends who share a passion for food, wine and great culinary experiences. Husband and wife Andrew & Cassandra Walker, along with friend Beau Laughlin were neighbors in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Beachwood Canyon, and would walk to each other’s houses to try new juice concoctions that Cassandra would create. After many trips back and forth, and some amazing feedback from those around us, an opportunity presented itself to open our first brick & mortar store, and Clover was born.

In creating our company, there are a few core values that we knew had to be part of our business. For one, we strongly believe that cold pressed juice is only as good as the ingredients you put in it. With that, we knew we wanted to be locally sourced in every way possible. We are proud to have relationships with our farmers and to know how our produce is grown, so that we can use that knowledge to create what we think is the highest quality and best tasting juice in the business. This passion and respect helps us to create a product that we love and believe in.

In addition, we wanted to make the nutritional benefits of high quality and great tasting juice accessible to everyone. Historically, when consumers think about juicing or juice bars, there is a perception of it being exclusively for people who live uber-healthy lifestyles. For us, it’s about moderation, creating an experience, and offering a product selection where there is truly something for everyone. Healthy should be approachable, a part of your lifestyle and taste great!
